For Bob Knapik, Owner of Built II Beat Fabrication, off roading and fabrication for offroad vehicles is not just a business, it has been a passion and personal hobby for over thirty years. Off roading started with dirt bike racing, which drove the need for suspension re-valving, and motor modifications. When Bikes weren't enough Bob started building Baja Bugs. After serving in the Navy, he went to school for computer aided design. This led him to where he has been employed for 16 years, a major semi-conductor manufacturing business where he works as a Mechanical Designer using Pro Engineer and Solid Works for mechanical modeling. In 2003 Bob founded a new passion for 4 wheeling. After haveing some fun building his own rig and helping friends with theirs, he saw a need to start Built II Beat Fabrication.
